The Gallippi lab members extend our welcome to Gabriela Torres Garate, B.S., who will joining the lab in August 2016. Gabriela will pursue the Ph.D. degree in biomedical engineering while working as a graduate research assistant in the Gallippi lab. Gabriela completed her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru (PUCP), Lima, Peru, in January 2015. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree, Gabriela worked as a research assistant in the Medical Imaging Laboratory at PUCP, researching applications of sonoelastography. We again welcome Gabriela to the lab and look forward to her joining us in August.
